Marek Krajewski (born 4 September 1966, in Wrocław) is an award-winning Polish crime writer and linguist.〔"Nominowani do tytułu Ambasadora Wrocławia", ''Gazeta Wyborcza Wrocław'', 2007-05-09, retrieved 2008-07-07 ()〕 He is best known for his series of five Chandleresque novels set in pre-war Wrocław (which was, at the time, Breslau) with the policeman Eberhard Mock as the protagonist.
